Responsibilities & Context
Plan, organize, direct, run & optimize day to day operations of rice mill production/parboiling & dryer section.
Have the ability to run fully automated plc controlled plant.
To observe the production process to run it properly and smoothly.
Monitor technical & machinery problems & take appropriate corrective measures to solve the issues quickly.
To carry out any work related to production & maintenance properly under the direction of the superior.
Multi tasking ability and willing to do any given responsibility.
Report keeping and SAP entry.
Develop & maintain all SOPs
